Green Chile Sandwiches

Ingredients

chopped green chiles

canned diced tomatoes

butter or margarine softened

sliced bread

Directions

Drain chopped chiles and canned tomatoes overnight in colander. Squeeze even drier. Mix together well.
Spread bread thinly with soft butter or margarine, then chile-tomato mixture. Make sandwiches, trim crusts and cut sandwiches in quarters.
